Well, I have now recorded and mixed David and Goliath! The recording session was moved from Friday to Monday. I drove up to the studio, laid down the tracks for David and Goliath in both the NIV and KJV, and Namaan the Leper in both versions.
Then we sat down and began the process of searching for appropriate music and sound effects. It is a long process. We stive to find music that not only fits the scene, but also fits in with the whole mood of the story.
David and Goliath turned out to be a more driving story, very energetic, with lots of deep bass drums and percussion. We didn't finish until almost 8pm!
